TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CORPUS mobile application (the “App”) operated by Stamen Systems LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CORPUS is a subscription-based mobile application designed to assist users in tracking nutritional intake, setting body composition goals, and analyzing dietary and health-related data.

The App provides tools, calculations, and insights intended for informational and educational purposes only.

CORPUS may incorporate automated systems, including algorithmic or AI-based estimations, to generate outputs such as nutritional estimates. These outputs are approximations and may not be fully accurate.

2. No Medical Advice / Health Disclaimer

CORPUS does not provide medical advice and is not a medical or healthcare service.

The App and all information provided within it are not intended to:

  • Diagnose

  • Treat

  • Cure

  • Prevent any disease or medical condition

This includes, but is not limited to, eating disorders, metabolic conditions, or other physical or mental health conditions.

CORPUS is not intended for use as a treatment, intervention, or monitoring tool for individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating behaviors.

If you are experiencing symptoms of an eating disorder or any health condition, you should seek care from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any decisions you make based on its outputs.

3. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Nutritional tracking and body composition management involve variability and uncertainty

  • The App’s calculations, projections, and recommendations are estimates

  • Results may differ from actual physiological outcomes

  • You are responsible for ensuring your actions are appropriate for your health circumstances

Use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Subscription & Payment

CORPUS operates on a subscription basis.

  • A 7-day free trial may be offered

  • After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew at $19.99 per month unless canceled

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

We do not have the ability to issue refunds. All billing and refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

5. Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA)

This subscription is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA will govern.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information where required

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • Not reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, algorithms, designs, and branding within CORPUS are the exclusive property of Stamen Systems LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Data & Accuracy Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or outputs generated by the App.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Calorie and macronutrient estimates

  • AI-generated meal analysis

  • Energy expenditure calculations

  • Weight or body composition projections

Users should independently verify information before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stamen Systems LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data

  • Financial loss

  • Personal injury

  • Health-related outcomes

Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
